Bob Waltos, CLU, ChFC, CFP, CASL,  is the Managing Partner of Newport Beach-based Northwestern Mutual Financial Network/The Waltos Group, whose Financial Representatives offer services in the areas of life and disability income insurance, business and estate planning, annuities and other products for personal and business needs analysis. Bob started with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in 1983 and now serves as Managing Partner with operations in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

Nick Pierson is the Retirement and Pension Specialist with The Waltos Group. He became a financial representative of Northwestern Mutual in 1977. His mission is to provide expert guidance for his clients and those of the Financial Representatives with whom he works. Nick has been in the business of working with successful business owners for over 30 years. Business owners work with Nick because of his personal/professional integrity, his commitment to them and his professional expertise.

Lisa Le has been a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual for over 6 years.  She enjoys working with Small Business Owners and Professionals to develop and implement strategic financial game plans.  She believes that providing sound advice begins by developing a trusting relationship with her clients.  She helps them identify long-term goals and seeks to understand their needs and concerns.  Her clients appreciate her knowledge, commitment and enthusiasm.

Paul Glowienke has been appointed with NML for five years and has led the agency in new clients three times. He is a firm believer in appropriate, needs based planning. His clients enjoy the care, competency and commitment that he provides, always with the greatest integrity. He lives in Corona del Mar with his wife of 23 years, Jillian.

Paul Castillo is a Financial Representative with the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, The Waltos Group providing services in both the personal and business markets.  Paul lives in the Santiago Park Community in Santa Ana with his wife Juanita and two daughters, Antonia and Liliana.  He is an active member of the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and as a Big Brother since 2004.

Erik Gomez has been with the Waltos Group going on 3 years. He has built his business on working with goal-oriented individuals and families as well as closely held business owners. He understands that the process starts with a client centered conversation and implementing the right solutions to help them protect their families and their futures. Erik is also our College Unit Director where we oversee our firm’s internship operations. Erik lives in Huntington Beach where we loves spending time with his 4 year old son and being involved in community events and organizations.
